A SURVEY ON DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION READINESS AMONG STAFF IN MALAYSIA HIGHER EDUCATION

My name is Norita binti Ahmad, a lecturer from Paya Besar Community College and a leader for this research study collaborated with Universiti Malaysia Pahang, Politeknik Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam and Mas Gading College Community. SURVEY AIM:

This survey aims to assess the readiness of institutions to face digital transformation (Dx). Digital transformation (Dx) is a series of deep and coordinated culture, workforce, and technology shifts that enable new educational and operating models and transform an institution’s business model, strategic directions, and value proposition. Dx can make institutions more resilient, flexible, and relevant as they face an array of increasingly difficult challenges.

This survey is for academic purposes only, thus your personal data will be kept strictly confidential and will only use for research purposes. The information of the respondents will not be published or displayed to the public.
