UMPSA STAFF'S HAPPINESS INDEX SURVEY 2025


General Information

The Happiness Index is a general measure of the well-being level of UMPSA residents, encompassing both mental and physical health.
Each staff member has different perceptions and assessments of their environment, such as feelings of safety, life satisfaction, the adequacy of facilities provided by UMPSA, administrative efficiency, and more.
Therefore, this indicator will help identify the level of happiness and well-being of university staff.
The components of the happiness index include psychological well-being, vibrant communities, cultural diversity and resilience, health, education, ecological diversity, quality of life, and administrative efficiency.

The questionnaire consists of THREE (3) sections and should not take more than 10 minutes to answer. Please read the items carefully before answering. You are expected to choose the answer that represents your opinion. Your answer plays an important role in the success of this survey and you are assured that such information will be treated with utmost confidentiality.
