READINESS LEVEL OF WEB ENGAGEMENT STRATEGY FOR PROGRAM NEED ANALYSIS (PNA) IN COMMUNITY COLLEGE MALAYSIA

SURVEY AIM:

This survey aims to assess the readiness of institutions to implement web engagement strategies for Program Needs Analysis (PNA) studies. The PNA research needs to be conducted by Community Colleges who want to offer new academic programs that focus on the needs of stakeholders, desires and future hopes. This web engagement strategy is expected to increase the effectiveness and efficiency in conducting PNA research in Community Colleges by replacing some conventional approaches with digital approaches.

This survey is for academic purposes only, thus your personal data will be kept strictly confidential and will only use for research purpose. The information of the respondents will not be published or displayed to the public.
